Thrive is a leading provider of support for children and young people’s social and emotional development.
This Sunday, 10 October, is World Mental Health Day – an opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of emotional health and mental wellbeing.
Meeting children and young people’s social and emotional needs at the right time in their development can significantly contribute towards good mental health in adulthood, enabling them to manage their emotions, form and maintain good relationships, access learning, and cope with life’s ups and downs.
Thrive wellbeing kits are free resources that have been designed to help children and young people look after their wellbeing. The resources include activities recommended in Thrive practice to support children and young people’s emotional health – download the attached file for more information
