We offer a wide range of training and CPD for schools and other partners, which can be delivered online or in-person. We have a large number of training resources available, and can also create or adapt training materials when something different is required. Training options include one-to-one, small group, role-specific (e.g., teaching assistants, ECTs), whole-school, or cross-school/authority. We can deliver staff meetings, twilight sessions and INSET sessions, depending on need. Topics for training include: Adaptive teaching, SEND approaches, promoting independence, working memory, dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism, ADHD, behaviour and relational approaches, de-escalation, SEMH, motor skills, sensory needs, the role of the TA, and support around a wide range of specific approaches and tools. We also offer accredited training in Team Teach and moving and handling.
