Fusion are well known for providing assessment work and professional reports for individual pupils, but we have expanded our support offer significantly to include a wider range of approaches. These include: Whole school reviews of practice, policy work, learning walks, whole-class or group observation/advice, coaching for SENCOs and other staff, support around setting and moderating outcomes and producing plans, work with families (such as individual meetings, coffee mornings
and training sessions), and more. Many of our subscribing schools choose to use their visits to incorporate a range of approaches such as individual pupil assessments, training and parent work.
