Fusion are well-known for providing assessment work and professional reports for individual pupils, but we have expanded our support offer significantly to include a wider range of approaches. These include:
- Work in early years, primary secondary and post-16 phases
- Whole school reviews of practice
- Policy work
- Learning walks
- Whole-class or group observation/advice
- Coaching for SENCOs and other staff
- Support around setting and moderating outcomes and producing plans
- Work with families (such as individual meetings, coffee mornings and training sessions)

Many of our subscribing schools choose to use their visits to incorporate a range of approaches such as individual pupil assessments, training and parent work.
